Place was clean, host was extremely friendly, grocery right downstairs… communication was very easy since the host is in the building. Close to all amenities that fits our needs.

Come when it suits you. Three things to know first.
Check in and check out at whatever time works for your flights - just tell us roughly when, so we're expecting you. The doors have electronic locks, so a late arrival is never a problem.

- No parties, no drunkennessThis is a quiet family home. Friends round for dinner are fine; parties aren't. Quiet after 10pm.

Paying
- 50% deposit confirms your datesWe hold your dates for 48 hours after we reply. They're yours when the deposit arrives.
- Balance 14 days before you arriveBooking less than 14 days out? Pay in full to confirm.
- Cancel 30+ days out, deposit backInside 30 days of arrival the deposit isn't refunded.
- XCD 500 damage depositReturned after check-out, once the apartment has been checked.
- Door code once you've paidWe also ask for a photo of the lead guest's ID before arrival.
